Kenn Jordan A personal practice Wexford, Ireland

I design. My AI builds. PageMotor holds it all up.

ElmsPark is a small personal practice in rural Wexford, taking on a handful of website commissions each year. Designed in conversation, built by a trained AI engine, finished by hand.

A conductor,
an instrument,
a stage.

The web has spent twenty years getting heavier. More builders, more plugins, more bloat, more maintenance, more chaos. I went the other way.

My practice rests on three things. PageMotor is the stage, a modern AI-friendly CMS that replaces WordPress without dragging its baggage forward. A trained AI engine, which I have developed and refined over the past two years, is the instrument that does the building. I am the conductor, deciding what matters, shaping the work, and finishing by hand. After forty-two years in the craft, and an agency that now runs itself without me, this is the most interesting place I have stood.

The heavy lifting is handled. What remains is the interesting part.

Three live
proof points.

Real sites, in public, running on PageMotor at its current beta. The platform is ready enough for work I am willing to put my name on.

Three ways
to work together.

I take on a small number of projects each year. Each one is shaped to the client, built in conversation, and finished to a standard that only comes with time and attention.

Plugins I built
because no one
else was going to
.

PageMotor is new. The third-party ecosystem simply does not exist yet. The EP Suite is my answer: a family of plugins I am building myself because after forty-two years I know what clients actually need from a website. PageMotor and my AI engine build them. The platform is already so stable that this very site runs on it, live, in public.

EP Forms

Form handling that does not wake you at 3am. Conditional logic, spam control, proper validation.

EP Email

Transactional email done right. SMTP transport, queue management, logging, deliverability monitoring.

EP Newsletter

Your list, your data, your sender reputation. No middleman taking a cut or holding it hostage.

EP Bookings

Appointments, classes, or consultations, handled without bolting on a third-party service.

EP GDPR

Compliance without the theatre. Cookie consent, data requests, retention policies, all grown up.

EP Analytics

Visitor insight without the creepy. Privacy-first, self-hosted, and actually readable.

The heavy lifting is handled. What remains is the interesting part.

Start with
an audit.

Most rebuild projects go wrong in the first fortnight because nobody stopped to look properly at what already exists. A Readiness Audit is the antidote. Five to seven days, £850, credited in full against any commission within 90 days.
