Forty-two years in. A new chapter.
ElmsPark is Kenn Jordan, working from a rural studio in Wexford, now focused exclusively on PageMotor and the trained AI engine that builds alongside him.
Forty-two
years in.
I started in digital design in 1984. Long enough ago that the tools did not exist and most of the people using them now were not born. In the decades since, I built an agency, grew a team I am properly proud of, and watched the web go through every fashion, every platform war, every false dawn, and every well-meaning disaster.
The team at ElmsPark still looks after the agency’s established client base, and frankly, they barely need me now. I built them well. I am called in on the rare occasion that requires my hand, and the rest of the time I leave them to it.
Not work.
Exploration.
I stepped aside from the day-to-day to focus on something that does not feel like work at all.
PageMotor is a foundation unlike anything I have built on before. Paired with a trained AI engine I have developed to work alongside it, the result is not an agency workflow. It is an exploration.
The heavy lifting, the building, the repetitive tracery of code and markup, all of it is handled. What remains is the interesting part: ideas, craft, problem-solving, and beautiful solutions for clients who care about the difference. PageMotor is the foundation that lets the AI spread its wings and fly.
Carrickbyrne,
Wexford.
ElmsPark operates from Carrickbyrne, a quiet corner of County Wexford, in a property my wife Helen and I are slowly turning into an off-grid eco home.
The studio window looks out on hedgerows and weather. It is a good place to think carefully about other people’s businesses.
Not work. Freedom to explore, on a foundation that lets the ideas fly.
